A new Orange County record sale has been set, this time in the Pelican Point section of Newport Coast.
According to the O.C. Register, an estate along Shoreview Drive sold for $17.25 million last month—the highest ever in the Pelican Point neighborhood. But it’s not just the price tag (originally set at $18 million, for those keep track) that’s getting attention.
According to the listing, the new owners have picked up quite the amenities-rich new home. Technically two, as the property consists of two structures.
First, there are the requisite eight bedrooms and 15(!) bathrooms spread across 19,300 square feet of living space. There are two master suites, two living rooms and two kitchens. There’s also the expected pool, spa and outdoor kitchen, maximizing those beautiful O.C. days and nights.
The property also boasts an outdoor entertainment piazza, “Paradiso,” along with a nightclub and movie theater, proving that with enough ultra luxury amenities, you really never need to leave home.
Jacqueline Thompson of Surterre Properties held the listing.
