Some 3,600 acres of land in majestic Ojai have just become available with the listing of Black Mountain Ranch. Of course land doesn’t come cheap.
According to the L.A. Times, the prize property is listed at $100 million—making it Ventura County’s most expensive property on the market.
The working cattle and horse ranch contains 12 separate structures, including a 13,000 square-foot main house. According to the listing, the ranch is also home to a 6,200 square-foot carriage house boasting an epic gym, an auto museum, equipment barn, caretaker cottage, guest cottage, hay barn, horse barn, and a cantina.
There are also 35 miles of private trails, a fishing lake, shooting range and panoramic unobstructed views from just about every inch of the 63 continuous parcels of land.
Jordan Cohen of RE/MAX One holds the listing.
