California’s pandemic housing boom certainly included wine country, and now the most expensive home for sale as officially hit the market.
The five bedroom, seven bathroom home in Healdsburg was listed for nearly $9.5 million, making it the most expensive home for sale in the area. According to Mansion Global, If the property sells for within $1 million of its asking price, it would be the city’s largest sale ever.
Set on 64 acres, the Mediterranean-style villa has three bedrooms and two offices in the main house. There are also two guest suites and a 500-square-foot gym.
The spacious grounds feature plenty of outdoor entertaining and dining spaces, a firepit, pool and lounge area, and a separate entertaining area in the barn.
