Frankie Morales is a Los Angeles native and longtime lover of real estate and architecture. Morales first stepped into real estate media in 2000 as the assistant editor at Builder & Developer magazine. After working for several regional titles, Morales ventured out in 2006 to start his own lifestyle media firm with the launch of dot Newsmagazine. In 2009, Morales struck a deal to merge with Frontiers Media, then considered the biggest niche lifestyle regional publication in the nation. Morales has developed an expansive influence in real estate media, too. In addition to roles at Luxury Listings NYC, The Real Deal New York, Haute Living Los Angeles, and Haute Living San Francisco, Morales was influential in elevating the global luxury real estate site HauteResidence.com as well as launching its first-ever print format and real estate summits. Most notably, Morales was the key figure in bringing The Real Deal to Los Angeles in 2018, creating an online, print and event presence on the west coast.
