Anywhere To Shutter iBuyer

It’s a rough start of the new year over at Anywhere. The Real Deal is reporting that the parent company of Coldwell Banker, Century 21, Corcoran and Sotheby’s International Realty has undergone layoffs, per an SEC filing Tuesday that noted a workforce reduction of roughly 11 percent since the end of June.

An exact number of this week’s layoffs was not shared by the company.

Additionally, the company announced it was closing its iBuyer, RealSure, following similar moves by Zillow and Redfin last year.
