Home prices continue to fall—ever so slightly—across Northern California, as noted in Zillow’s latest market report.
In November, San Jose posted the largest month-over-month decline in all major metro areas across the U.S., with prices down 3.35 percent compared to October. Annually, however, prices in San Jose remained 0.73 percent above where they were in November 2021.
In San Francisco, prices fell 1.44 percent and were down 1.05 percent compared to November of last year.
Neighboring Sacramento saw a monthly decline of 0.61 percent but an annual increase of 2.67 percent.
