Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott can’t seem to move their “spare” Beverly Hills home. After asking $21.9 million last year, and following a few price adjustments, the pair have officially relisted the home with new representation—and a lower asking price.
Sure, it’s a “spare” mansion, which maybe makes the price cut easier to stomach for Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott. The co-owners of a boxy Beverly Hills home have just cut their asking price following five months on the market.
The Delresto Drive estate, last asking $19.999 million, is now being offered for $17.995 million.
Gated on 1.1 acres, the six bedroom/nine bath home boasts 9,680 square feet of living space. The crafted home offers open living spaces of designer finished walls, imported stone, fine oak flooring, contrasting accent details and full length sliding glass doors to reveal the serene lush surroundings.
The primary suite boasts dual walk-in closets, dual baths, a fireplace and a vanity room. Outside, the resort-style grounds with a pool, spa, built-in BBQ, seating area and manicured gardens.
The on-again/off-again couple bought the home in 2018 for $13.5 million
