Forbes Names Keller Williams, Anywhere and Rocket To Best-Of List
The DEI business in the U.S. is booming. Now in it’s sixth year running, Forbes ranked the top 500 companies flexing their diversity, equity and inclusion muscle in the biggest way, and among them, a few real estate giants landed top honors.
Rocket Companies was the highest-ranked company in the housing sector, landing at no. 45 on the list. Among housing-sector companies, Rocket was followed by Anywhere in 160th place.
Keller Williams was not far behind at no. 171. CBRE came in at no. 254, while Freddie Mac came in at no. 373 on the list.
To find out which companies have made progress on the DEI front, Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to create the America’s Best Employers for Diversity list. To determine the rankings, Statista surveyed more than 45,000 Americans working for businesses with at least 1,000 employees. Participants were asked to anonymously rate their organizations based on criteria such as age, gender, ethnicity, disability and LGBTQ+ equality, as well as general diversity.
