It may have been the the second-most expensive sale in Beverly Hills of 2022, but we’re just now learning who bought Ryan Seacrest’s longtime home for $51 million.
According to Dirt, Brian Long, CEO of tech startup Attentive Mobile, and his wife, New York Times journalist Liz Day, are the lucky buyers who managed to get themselves a deal after Seacrest originally listed the home for $85 million.
The multi-structure property includes a 9,000 square foot main house featuring four bedrooms and six baths. There are also two guest houses—bringing the total stats to seven beds and 10 baths—as ell as a pool house, gym and an underground garage.
Seacrest bought the home from Ellen DeGeneres in 2012 for $36.5 million, before updating the amenities and doing some redesign work.
Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency represented both sides of the deal.
