It took some time, but Zedd has finally found a buyer in Beverly Hills. The superstar DJ has sold his palatial five bedroom/nine bath home for $18.350 million to writer/producer/director Kenya Barris.
Zedd initially listed the home for $26.5 million in 2021 before resisting and reducing the price to $22.995 million last Spring. The DJ bought the home in 2018 for $16 million.
The main house spans some 11,000 square feet of living space, with approved plans for a nearly 5,600 square-foot guest house—with bowling alley. All sitting on 3.2 acres of land in the hills.
Zedd designed a fully soundproofed movie theater, complete with a 4K laser projector, while living in the home. There’s also the chef’s kitchen, billiard’s room, an indoor-outdoor gym, and an almost-completed professional recording studio.
David Kramer and Andrew Buss of Hilton & Hyland held the latest version of the listing, while Pamela Lumpkin of Compass repped the buyer.
