Before starting a real estate career, Josh spent 15 years in healthcare, working for the largest pharmaceutical and medical device companies in the world, Pfizer and Medtronic. His philosophy has always been that if you put the customer first, you will be successful no matter what industry you choose. Now, having bought and sold several personal and investment properties, Josh has plenty of personal and professional experience navigating challenging transactions.
