It seems music manager has finally realized the market has changed since peak pandemic following more than a year of trying to offload his Brentwood estate. Braun bought the home—formally owned by John Travolta—for $18 million in an off-market deal and listed the home in late 2021 for $23.95 million.
Now, Braun has repriced the listing at $19.5 million.
Featuring six bedrooms and 10 baths, the two acre gated property boasts a tennis court, pool, guest house and plenty of room to roam. Inside, however, may leave much to be desired. With just one interior shot in the promo material, the listing notes the home is “filled with incredible potential,” aka it’s a fixer upper.
Other highlights include a media room, outdoor dining and lounge, numerous fireplaces, and a library/study. There’s also a sunken trampoline and a large deck.
The listing is held by Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency and Dalton Gomez of the Aaron Kirman Group.
