Ultra-luxury listings take time to move…just ask Ryan Seacrest. The TV host has finally found a buyer in what is now the second most expensive sale in Beverly Hills this year at $51 million.
Since originally being listed in November 2020 for $85 million, Seacrest lowered the asking price to $74.5 million and then again by a few more million to $69,950,000.
The multi-structure property includes a 9,000 square foot main house featuring four bedrooms and six baths. There are also two guest houses—bringing the total stats to seven beds and 10 baths—as ell as a pool house, gym and an underground garage.
Seacrest bought the home from Ellen DeGeneres in 2012 for $36.5 million, and since then has updated the amenities and done some expected redesign work.
Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency represented both sides of the deal.
