Russell Westbrook won’t have to travel far to talk shop, as the Lakers star has purchased a modern farmhouse across the street from teammate LeBron James for $37 million.
The 13,500 square-foot Brentwood mansion features eight beds and 11.5 baths—all on an ocean view lot spanning a half-acre. The newer construction boasts three levels with an elevator.
Westbrook bought the home off Formula One racing heiress Petra Ecclestone , who bought the property in 2019 for $22.7 million after selling the Spelling Manor.
Last month, Westbrook listed his neighboring Brentwood estate for $29.995 million. Featuring six bedrooms and eight baths across 13,425 square feet of living space, the property sits on one of the most coveted streets in Brentwood Park.
Sam Palmer, Ecclestone’s husband, repped the deal alongside David Kramer, Barry Watts and Morgan Trent.
