It may not have been on the market, but Ronal Reagan’s former L.A. home sure did sell for a pretty penny.
The L.A. Times is reporting that the Bird Streets property has sold for $70 million—a record for the sought-after neighborhood. The reason for the high price tag? The remodeled home sits on three-quarters of an acre, just above the Sunset Strip.
Fanatics Chief Executive Michael Rubin is reportedly the new owner of the seven bedroom/12 bathroom home. Spanning three stories, the property includes a movie theater, library, wine cellar, tennis court and pool, per 2012 listing info.
Branden and Rayni Williams of the Beverly Hills Estates along with Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency repped the deal.
