Vanderpump Rules stars Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney have already announced their split on social media, and now comes time for the divorce logistics: selling the marital home.
The former couple have listed their Valley Village modern farmhouse for $2,749,000, hoping to make a decent profit on their 2019 purchase for $1,925,000.
The “celebrity-owned” property features four bedrooms and five baths across nearly 3,600 square feet of living space. The interiors boast beamed, coffered ceilings, wainscoting, and wide-plank European Oak floors throughout the open-concept main floor.
