His work is celebrated as some of the most stunning luxury residences in Southern California, but now it appears that renowned architect Richard Landry has gotten in the real estate market himself. And with a big payoff!
Landry has reportedly sold his custom Brentwood home in an off-market deal for $19.5 million—the highest sales price ever in the neighborhood.
Landry purchased the 13,200 square-foot lot in 2015, and over the course of the following three years, he custom-designed, built, decorated and landscaped the architectural triumph. In all, the home boasts six bedrooms and eight bathrooms throughout the 9,500 square-foot floor plan.
Among the design highlights, the home’s striking two-story atrium creates an impression from the moment you step inside. Other unique features include an indoor-outdoor dining room, game room and wet bar.
Morgan Trent and Aaron Kirman of Aaron Kirman Group at Compass represented the listing.
