Emma Stone Sells Malibu Home In Less Than One Month

It was a quick—and profitable—sale for Emma Stone.

The Oscar winner listed her 2018 Malibu purchase for $4,295,000 less than 30 days ago, and the cliffside ranch-style property has already sold…over asking.

Records show the property within the Malibu enclave of Big Rock closed yesterday at $4,425,000. 

Built in 1958, the Midcentury home boasts just three bedrooms and two baths across 1,700 square feet of living space (plus bonus room and art studio). Unobstructed views of the Pacific are a total 180 of the entire L. A. coastline, Catalina and city lights. 

The property was recently “reimagined,” but the marketing leaned into the natural surroundings. With almost nothing but native plants and the ocean in sight, the space maximizes its surroundings of eucalyptus, yucca and blue agave across three coastal acres.

Eric Lavey of Sotheby’s International Realty held the listing, while Rochelle Maize repped the buyer.
