Soccer star Javier “Chicharito” Hernández may like attention on the field, but it appears he prefers his real estate dealings to fly more under the radar.
That’s because the L.A. Galaxy striker just scored himself a $1 million profit on the off-market sale of his Beverlywood home for $6.8 million.
The modern farmhouse features six bedrooms and seven bathrooms across more than 6,200 square feet of living space. The new construction showcases limestone tiles, a large built-in entertainment center and custom kitchen with a waterfall island crafted from oversized Quartzsite slabs. Adjacent to the living room, open the doors to the exterior private lounge area adorned with a firepit, while sliding pocket doors open the living room to the grass yard, large deck, pool and pool house with attached trellis and fireplace.
The main level also features formal dining and living rooms, guest suite and study. The master suite and four additional ensuite bedrooms are all on the upper level. The master highlights an expansive terrace, large bathroom detailed with marble book-matched slabs and a walk-in closet.
As if the interior space weren’t enough, the new owners will also get to enjoy plenty of outdoor space as the estate lies on a massive 10,997 square foot private lot.
Alexander Vichinsky and James Harris of The Agency held the listing, while Stacy White of Compass repped the buyer.
