Iggy Azalea is out of Hidden Hills. After a public rift with her new neighbors, the Australian rapper listed her 2021 purchase just eight months after closing some $600,000 over asking price.
Azalea listed the 5,200 square foot home for $6.195 million, and after four months on the market, records show Azalea found a buyer—for $5.8 million.
Sitting on over an acre, the home boasts five bedrooms and five baths. Amenities include a large chef’s kitchen, an entertainer’s backyard with outdoor dining and pool. Plus, the property includes a one bed/one bath guest house.
Shari Huntington and Tyler Van Patten of Coldwell Banker held the listing. Jami Arami of Compass repped the buyer.
