The “new Beverly Hills” aka Encino has upped its star power by way of Wiz Khalifa. 

The rapper has reportedly picked up an oh-so-trendy modern farmhouse for $7,623,500. The six bedroom, seven bathroom home features more than 8,000 square feet of living space, boasting a ton of custom of features.

For starters, there is the 100+ foot long and 27 foot wide driveway that leads to the home, allowing  for effortless parking for the presumed A-list parties. Inside, the home offers an open floor plan with 12 foot ceilings.
