Oscar winner Emma Stone has listed her 2018 Malibu purchase—with about a $1 million premium. The cliffside ranch-style property, sitting within the Malibu enclave of Big Rock, has just been listed for $4,295,000. 

Built in 1958, the Midcentury home boasts just three bedrooms and two baths across 1,700 square feet of living space (plus bonus room and art studio). Unobstructed views of the Pacific are a total 180 of the entire L. A. coastline, Catalina and city lights. 

While the property was recently “reimagined,” the listing leans heavy into the land itself. With almost nothing but native plants and the ocean in sight, the space maximizes its surroundings of eucalyptus, yucca and blue agave across three coastal acres.
