Been wondering who put up the $51 million to pick up Adam Levine’s Palisades estate? According to the L.A. Times, by way of Dirt, Tesla Chief of Design Franz von Holzhausen and his wife, Vicki, are the proud new owners.
Well, that did not take long!
Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo have sold their Pacific Palisades abode for an eye-popping $51 million—some $6 million under asking. But more impressive, the Maroon 5 frontman and his model wife found a buyer for the ultra luxury property in just a matter of weeks!
The transaction is now SoCal’s third-priciest home sale of the year.
The estate features 10 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms across a main and guest house—all sat on 3 acres with unobstructed Downtown to ocean views. The 9,000 square foot main house boasts plaster walls, natural light wood floors, steel doors and windows all overlooking the gardens, huge lawns, outdoor kitchen and resort-style swimming pool/spa.
Additional amenities include a state-of-the-art Dolby Digital theater, gourmet kitchen with walk-in refrigerator, and an owner’s suite with dual walk-in closets.
The property also features a separate yoga/office and gym structure, walking paths, a basketball court and a chicken coop.
The bought the home in 2018 for nearly $32 million—making this one very profitably transaction.
Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency held the listing, while Dalton Gomez of Compass represented the buyer.
