It was a brief stay—and now Madonna is looking for that profit!
The Queen of Pop surprised many when she headed way past Beverly Hills and purchased in Hidden Hills in April of 2021, and almost a year to the day later, Madonna is moving on.
Records show that Madonna had listed her 12,500 square foot Hidden Hills mansion for $25,995,000. For those keeping track, that’s $6.695 million more than she paid The Weeknd for the home 12 months ago.
Other than turning the property’s barn into a gym and dance/pilates studio, not much has changed in a year in terms of the listing itself. Boasting nine bedrooms and 11 bathrooms across the main and guest house, the residence includes lux amenities including a great room with an indoor/outdoor bar, an outdoor living room, formal dining room with a fireplace, glass wine cellar, chef’s kitchen, home theater, music lounge and a study. The master suite apparently showcases a pretty incredible ensuite, including a steam shower and stone bath.
The estate itself takes up three gated acres, boasting olive trees, grassy lawns and Redwood trees. For outdoor entertaining, there’s a zero-edge saltwater pool, 10-plus person spa, outdoor kitchen, BBQ and a full-size basketball court.
Trevor Wright of the Beverly Hills Estates holds the listing.
