L.A. Rams players are continuing their off-season real estate spree. Following yesterday’s news that Aaron Donald found a buyer for his Calabasas home in just three days, today we learn that Matt Stafford wants in on Yolo Estate.
The Super Bowl champ has reportedly purchased two of Drake’s three homes listed in Hidden Hills, according to the Wall Street Journal.
As we first reported last month, Drake listed all three properties that make up the so-called Yolo Estate, offering them as a packaged sale or individually. Stafford has picked up the side-by-side ranch homes—paying $3.6 million over asking price for a pair of properties.
The larger ranch home, listed at $4.5 million, features five bedrooms, six baths and 3,600 square feet of living space. Amenities include an 800 square foot pool house, well-landscaped backyard with a lounge, BBQ, pizza oven and another pool.
The second and smaller of the two ranch homes, originally offered at $2.9 million, offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Inside boasts plenty of rustic charm with vaulted and exposed beam ceilings, and an antique brick fireplace.
Outdoors, the expansive outdoor entertaining spaces encompass a lush front yard and large backyard with spa and private horse trail.
Records show that Stafford ending up spending $5 million on the first home and another $6 million on the smaller home.
Rayni Williams and Branden Williams of the the Beverly Hills Estates held the listings while Michelle Graci repped Stafford.
