Steve Wynn has once again trimmed a little off the top in terms of the asking price on his Beverly Hills estate. The casino mogul is now looking for an even $100 million—$15 million off the last price change from the fall.
Wynn paid just $47.85 million for the property in 2015.
The extremely private, 3 acre property is located down a private lane in the most prime section of Beverly Hills. Spanning some 27,150 square feet of combined interior space, the main residence features a grand double height entry hall, large dining room, office/study, a family room with bar leading to an outdoor lanai, wine room, state of the art screening room, resort-sized gym and massage room.
There are five bedrooms in all, including the primary suite with a second study as well as dual amenities. The guest house includes a full kitchen, three staff bedrooms with a staff kitchen, and two additional staff rooms with a kitchenette.
The grounds feature massive flat lawns, an oversized pool, pool house with kitchen, and a championship tennis court with a tennis house.
Fred Bernstein and Ethan Peskowitz of Westside Estate Agency hold the listing.
