Rumors are swirling in L.A. real estate circles that Drake is nearing a deal north of $70 million to purchase fellow musician Robbie Williams’ Beverly Hills mansion. While property records have yet to reflect such a sale, Drake is clearly making moves with the listing of Yolo Estate.
The Hidden Hills compound comprised of three homes has been listed as a package—all in for $22.2 million—and each property individually, according to Dirt.
The largest of the three homes, bought in 2012, is being offered for $14.8 million. This English Tudor features seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms across 12,500 square feet of living space.
Showcasing coffered and beamed ceilings, the residence boasts a wine cellar, tasting room, swimming pool with spa grotto, swim-up bar, an 80 foot-long rock waterslide, tennis/basketball court, sand volleyball court, horse stable and equestrian ring, a mechanical riding bull and 25-seat theater.
The neighboring ranch home, listed at $4.5 million, features another five bedrooms, six baths and 3,600 square feet of living space. Amenities include an 800 square foot pool house, well-landscaped backyard with a lounge, BBQ, pizza oven and another pool.
Finally, the second and smaller of the two ranch homes, offered at $2.9 million, offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Inside boasts plenty of rustic charm with vaulted and exposed beam ceilings, and an antique brick fireplace. Outdoors, the expansive outdoor entertaining spaces encompass a lush front yard and large backyard with spa and private horse trail.
Rayni Williams and Branden Williams of the Beverly Hills Estates hold the listings.
