Brooke Shields has parted ways with her cabin-esque home, under asking but still at a profit.
The actress had listed her longtime Pacific Palisades property for $8.195 million last year—more than 20 years after purchasing the home for $3.3 million. After about six months on the market, the actress has accepted an offer of $7.4 million.
The cedar-shingled house was built in 1982, and features five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms across 5,300 square feet of living space. The two-story foyer and living room boast walls of windows and doors opening to the wrap-around patio that encompasses the main level.
Nestled in a secluded canyon in the Upper Riviera, the lushly landscaped exterior offers great space for entertaining with multiple decks/patios including a dining and BBQ area, pool and spa.
The upper level is comprised of a huge master suite that includes an office/sitting room, a balcony overlooking views to the Getty Museum, massive walk-in closet, and spa-like bath.
Jade Mills and Albert Sousa of Coldwell Banker Realty held the listing. Cody Garcia of the Agency repped the buyer.
