While it is certainly an ultra-luxury listing, which take time to move, Ryan Searcrest is beginning to look a bit panicked when it comes to his Beverly Hills property. For the second time in as many months, the TV and radio host has slashed the asking price on his mansion.
Since originally being listed in November 2020 for $85 million, Seacrest lowered the asking price to $74.5 million n November—and now cut it again by a few more million to $69,950,000.
The multi-structure property includes a 9,000 square foot main house featuring four bedrooms and six baths. There are also two guest houses—bringing the total stats to seven beds and 10 baths—as ell as a pool house, gym and an underground garage.
Seacrest bought the home from Ellen DeGeneres in 2012 for $36.5 million, and since then has updated the amenities and done some expected redesign work.
Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency holds the listing.
