It took Oscar winner Sandra Bullock just two months to offload her Sierra Towers unit at near asking price. According to the L.A. Times, the 22nd floor condo sold for $4.4 million, slightly under its $4.495 million asking.
Don’t feel too bad for Bullock, though. The actress paid $3.6 million Bullock paid fellow actor Matthew Perry in 2014.
The 1,700 square feet of living space boasts two bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, with an open kitchen and floor-to-ceiling glass opening to expansive terrace. Billed as one of the most prime and rare locations to become available within Sierra Towers in years, the unit offers sweeping views of all of Los Angeles, from the Pacific Ocean to Downtown L.A.
The celebrity-packed building offers 24/7 concierge, valet parking, doormen, a fitness center, sauna and a communal swimming pool.
Josh Greer of Hilton & Hyland and Alan Long of Avenue 8 held the listing. Laurent Bijaoui of Compass repped the buyer.
