Iggy Azalea Lists Hidden Hills Home 8 Months After Purchase

Last Summer, Iggy Azalea closed on the Hidden Hills property of her dreams—for a hefty $605,000 over asking.

Not even a year later and the rapper seems to be done with suburban life, listing the 5,200 square foot home for $6.195 million. (For those keeping track, Azalea dropped $5.2 million on the residence.)

Sitting on over an acre, the home boasts five bedrooms and five baths. Amenities include a large chef’s kitchen, an entertainer’s backyard with outdoor dining and pool. Plus, the property includes a one bed/one bath guest house.

So, what changes did the rapper make on the residence? The listing notes a new and improved saltwater pool area, a grassy field, a recently added Sport Court. According to Dirt, Azalia publicly rifted with neighbors over her desire to construct a playground and a zip line.
