We say it all that time: Land in L.A. isn’t cheap. Riot Games cofounder and co-chairman Brandon Beck has been on both sides of that real estate dilemma.
According to Dirt, Beck has sold his vacant lot in lower Bel Air in an off-market deal for $37.3 million.
Beck purchased the 3.2 acres back in 2017 for $35.5 million in cash. However, with closing fees and annual property taxes, Dirt reports that Beck likely didn’t make much, if any, profit on the sale.
The buyer is is mega-developer Ardie Tavangarian, known for over-the-top custom mansions that line the surrounding area. No plans have been announced as to what Tavangarian hopes to do with his newly purchased 3 acres.
