Tyra Banks Gets Full Asking On Pacific Palisades Flip

Tyra Banks turned out her fifth Pacific Palisades home sale in four years just as 2021 came to a close—and this one went for asking!

As we previously reported, Banks listed a five bedroom, six bath contemporary last fall for $7.85 million. Now, the L.A. Times is reporting that a buyer closed on the property at full asking  just before the new year.

That means Banks brought in a $900,000 profit compared to what she paid for the 6,100 square foot home in 2018.

Lux finishes and amenities include a home office, gym and media room with 120 inch projection screen. Outside, a private grassy yard boasts an infinity edge pool with a lime stone terrace and a cascading waterfall backdrop. 

A rooftop deck features 360 views equipped with an outdoor kitchen, multiple seating areas, spa and firepit.

Heidi Lake of Sotheby’s International Realty Beverly Hills and James Respondek of Rodeo Realty held the listing. Ryan Jancula and Trevor Montano of Compass repped the buyer.
