The 30-year fixed-mortgage rate average is 3.25 percent, unchanged compared to one week ago. The average rate for a 15-year, fixed mortgage is 2.52 percent, down one basis point from the same time last week.
A 5/1 adjustable-rate mortgage has an average of 3.24 percent, a decrease of one basis point from last week.
The 30-year fixed refinance average rate stands at 3.21 percent, a decrease of three basis points compared to one week ago. The average 15-year fixed refinance rate is 2.49 percent, down two basis points from the previous week.
The average 10-year fixed refinance is 2.49 percent, a decrease of one basis points compared to one week ago.
