Downtown L.A.’s already robust apartment development could see a major boost should approvals come through from The BLOC.
According to Urbanize, National Real Estate Advisors has submitted plans to construct a 53-story tower atop the existing BLOC 12-level parking garage on 8th, Flower, and Hope Streets. Plans call for the new residential tower to feature some 466 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.
Handel Architects, the team behind the design of the project, notes that the construction would result in a 710 foot building, boasting a sculpted glass rooftop and an outdoor deck.
No timeline has been noted for the project.
