Pharrell is hoping third time is the charm when it comes to offloading his Hollywood Hills estate.
According to Dirt, the musician and producer has re-listed his contemporary property with new agents and at a reduced asking price of $9.95 million, following an unsuccessful attempt to sell for $11.95 million.
Featuring five bedrooms and five-and-a-half baths across 6,100 square feet of living spaces—including a detached guesthouse—the property boasts numerous decks and terraces, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor movie theatre, 70 foot-long infinity edge pool and a skate park.
The Skyline residence sits on 1.5 acres above Laurel Canyon, built by AIA award-winning architect Hagy Belzberg.
Rayni Williams and Brick Williams of the Beverly Hills Estates now hold the listing.
