Actor Tyrese Gibson is still looking for that perfect buyer. The Transformers star has re-listed his home with a 17 percent price reduction and new representation.
Previously listed at $3.5 million, Gibson is now asking $2.895 million for the seven bedroom/eight bathroom dwelling. Spanning some 5,200 square feet of living space, this property features a home theatre, gym and, as we previously reported, a giant replica of Bumblebee, the Transformer robot from the movie franchise.
Additional structures on the grounds include an event space with a full kitchen, a recording studio, conference room, beauty salon, rooftop spa, and hibachi grill with seating.
According to Realtor.com, Jason Oppenheim of the Oppenheim Group, and Selling Sunset fame, holds the new listing.
