Gene Simmons and wife Shannon Tweed must really love the thrill of a property chase, because the KISS rocker has reportedly thrown down $10.5 million on an ultra-contemporary home in Beverly Hills.
After quite a bit of back and forth selling their longtime L.A. estate, the couple famously told media outlets that they were over California and relocated to Nevada. The ill will didn’t last long, as Dirt reports the duo have closed on a 7,700 square foot villa above Coldwater Canyon.
Featuring four bedrooms and five baths, the property includes a pool, spa, outdoor shower, two garages that can hold up to 18 cars, and a green rooftop. Inside, the multi-level structure includes an open concept kitchen dining room combo, screening room, heated concrete floors, and a total of five fireplaces.
Per records, the home was initially listed in 2019 at $17.5 million, before being lowered to a more recent $11.5 million.
Tomer Fridman of Compass held the listing, while Lisa Young, also of Compass, represented the buyers.
