Having relocated to Colorado during the pandemic, Oscar winner Hillary Swank is officially ready to say goodbye to L.A. with the listing of her longtime Pacific Palisades home.
According to the Wall Street Journal, Swank’s 1920s Hacienda-style home has been listed for $10.5 million.
Featuring six bedrooms and seven baths across 6,700 square feet of living space, the home boasts some incredibly cool features, chief among them a 16-seat movie theater, concession stand stocked with an antique popcorn maker, candy and beer, and a speakeasy-style wine and cigar lounge.
Details including hand-painted wood beamed ceilings, leather walls and lots of French doors highlight the unique design features of the space; only to be complimented by some gorgeous oceanviews.
While spending $5.8 million on the property in 2007, Swank put in some major investment on the upgrades since then, including out back where the actress added an outdoor kitchen, firepit, pool and hot tub.
Zach Goldsmith of Hilton & Hyland holds the listing.
