Update: After previously reporting on the priciest sale the San Fernando Valley neighborhood has seen this year, we now know who the buyer was. Records reveal superstar DJ and producer Zedd is behind the record-setting sale.
No stranger to big real estate moves, Zedd’s Beverly Hills mansion is still on the market for $26.5 million—a massive jump from the $16 million he paid in 2016!
Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have offloaded their Encino home, slightly under asking but still comfortably profitable. The L.A. Times reports that Jonas and Turner accepted an offer of $15.2 million—meaning the couple walks away with more than $1 million in profit since paying $14.1 million for the property in 2019.
The home was originally listed this summer for $16.75 million.
As we previously reported, the property features nine bedrooms and eight full baths and three half baths across 15,000 square feet of living space. Outfitted with the highest grade of designer materials, from aged natural woods and imported stones to European cabinetry and heightened ceilings, the home offers the best in luxury living.
Across the property, Jonas and Turner invested in some extensive upgrades, including a home spa, gym, chandelier showpieces, an extensive surround sound system, a state-of-the-art theatre and an expansive security system.
Alongside the main home is a lap pool with spa, accompanied by a two bedroom guest house with lux amenities including a cigar humidor, kegerator, fog machine, disco lights and covert DJ station.
Carl Gambino of Compass held the listing. Ethan Peskowitz of Westside Estate Agency represented the buyer.
