Encino continues to attract some of Hollywood’s biggest names over the hill, and this time it’s rapper Big Sean pulling into the neighborhood.
Dirt revealed that Big Sean (born Sean Anderson) has picked up a 10,000 square foot French Normandy-style mansion for $8.1 million—nearly $2 million under asking price!
Featuring six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, the three-story home is truly made for entertaining. A large motor court and tree-car garage welcome guests, before heading into a large foyer, formal living room, casual family room and large kitchen. The basement is home to the movie theater, 1,000-bottle wine cellar, game room with a wet bar and gym.
The main suite is built for a true VIP, with a fireplace, private balcony and large walk-in closet. The high-end bath is tricked out with a large glass shower and a freestanding soaking tub—plus, there’s the neighboring in-home spa, complete with a sauna and massage room.
Paul Coleman held the listing. James Harris and Alex Vichinsky of the Agency repped the buyer.
