David Spade is set to be living high above L.A.’s famed Sunset Strip, courtesy of brand-new modern digs.
Originally listed for $15.45 million, Spade has reportedly closed on a newly constructed mansion designed by architect George Kurczyn for $13.85 million, according to Dirt.
The three-story modern home features six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms across 11,300 square feet of living space. As noted in the listing, the house has all the lux amenities one expects, including limestone floors, marble accent walls, glass pocket doors, a two-way fireplace and a state-of-the-art home automation system.
Additionally, the home boasts two kitchens, a large living/dining room combo, an outdoor dining terrace with built-in barbecue, a gym and a pool.
Farrah Brittany and Mauricio Umansky of the Agency held the listing. Stuart Vetterick of Hilton & Hyland represented Spade.
