Kanye West’s Wyoming retreat has hit the market for an asking price of $11 million, according to the Daily Mail.
Located 50 miles from Yellowstone National Park, the 3,800-acre estate known as “Monster Ranch” includes the main residence, various additional structures across the property, horse stables, a cattle ranch, storage and tack rooms and a “bird barn” that reportedly can house up to 1,500 birds.
There’s also the 180-acre private lake, home to large amounts of monster trout, hence the ranch’s name.
West bought the property for an undisclosed amount in 2019, though the ranch held an asking price of $14 million at the time of sale.
The rapper and mogul isn’t entirely done with Wyoming, as he also owns a 6,700-acre ranch near the town of Greybull. As we previously reported, West recently closed an off-market $57.3 million deal for a Tadao Ando-designed home in Malibu.
J.W. Robinson of DBW Realty holds the Monster Ranch listing.
