Carlos Santana’s longtime Tiburon home has a new owner. According to the L.A. Times, Santana sold the 3,700 square-foot property for $5.53 million—about $430,000 more than he paid for the property in 2007.
The two-story home features four bedrooms and three baths, blending contemporary architecture, modern style and a forward-thinking design approach. The real showstopper is, of course, the sweeping views across the bay, the Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco, Belvedere Island, and Angel Island.
The grounds, sitting on about an acre, offer multiple entertaining areas and plenty of privacy, according to the listing.
Shana Rohde-Lynch of Compass held the listing. Daniel Kirk Slaughter of Vanguard Properties represented the buyer.
