Looks as though Justin Timberlake is ready to say “Bye, Bye, Bye” to the Hills. The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Timberlake and his wife, actress Jessica Biel, have listed their recently renoed Spanish villa for $35 million.
That’s a potential $26.7 million profit over Timberlake’s 2002 purchase price of $8.3 million.
Built in 2000 and recently renovated by designer Estee Stanley, the interiors are a blend of modern and rustic elements throughout the 13,500 square foot main residence. There, you’ll find seven bedrooms, a screening room, gourmet kitchen, gym and an outdoor entertaining space that wraps around the house. There is also a separate guesthouse, a tennis court, farm-to-table vegetable gardens and an 85-foot zero-edge pool.
If you’re looking for s real showstopper, said pool runs the entire length of the house, then spills into a separate plunge pool.
The property was built on what was once part of the Errol Flynn estate, situated at the end of a cul-de-sac off Mulholland Drive. The home not only has large gates but also a guard house for ultimate privacy and security.
Justin Paul Huchel of Hilton & Hyland holds the listing.
