With construction complete on the 12-story mid-rise, Urbanize has been given a peek inside the new Four Seasons Residences in Beverly Grove.
Midcentury Modern architecture meets ultra luxury amenities at the first Four Seasons-branded residences in the U.S. Developer Genton Cockrum Partners worked with architecture firm CallisonRTKL to create the 59 townhomes and condos, which Urbanize notes have an average size of 2,400 square feet of living space.
Priced as high as $50 million, residents will get to take advantage of amenities including an outdoor pool, fitness center, an IMAX theater, and off-site amenities at the neighboring Four Seasons Hotel including a 24-hour concierge service.
