Meet Our Agents: North Tustin Expert David Feldberg

A trusted real estate professional with extensive mortgage experience, David Feldberg found in real estate a calling that spoke to his ambition and love of people. Since 2003, he has represented hundreds of clients as one of the premier agents in Orange County.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Feldberg worked in the mortgage industry as a loan officer. He eventually started his own mortgage brokerage, while also successfully flipping houses and representing friends and family in his spare time. He founded Coastal Real Estate Group in 2011, assembling a team that brings expertise in sales and finance to each and every client.

Feldberg describes himself as a fighter, advocating tirelessly for his clients and closing deals that meet and often exceed their expectations. He also has a keen ability to expand clients’ searches to find them the ideal home in a city they might never have considered. Additionally, Feldberg’s past experience on the financing side of the table makes him very good at assessing true appraisal value in a home. 

Feldberg has received the Rainmaker Award from the Irvine Chamber of Commerce for 2019 and 2020 and has now become the go-to Realtor for many at the chamber.
