Just two months after selling his Beverly Hills Post Office modern modular, Will Arnett has upgraded to a neighboring modern farmhouse.
According to Dirt, the actor dropped $16.4 million on a new, substantially larger spec home in the same neighborhood. Featuring seven bedrooms and eight baths, the home boasts more than 10,000 sprawling square feet of living space.
Arnett’s new home includes all the design touches expected in the ever-popular farmhouse craze: beamed ceilings, wood and brick accent walls, hardwood floors and steelcase windows throughout. In terms of amenities, the property features a movie theater that seats 10, a glass wine display, wet bar, gym, spa, and plunge pool.
Earlier this summer, Arnett offloaded his Ray Kappe-inspired custom build for $7.85 million with the assistance of Richard Ehrlich of Westside Estate Agency. Ehrlich once again repped Arnett in this new transaction.
Branden and Rayni Williams of the Beverly Hills Estates were the listing agents on the farmhouse.
