This Is Us star Justin Hartley must really like the San Fernando Valley. According to Dirt, the actor just picked up his third home in the area, this time a bungalow in Encino for $1.250 million.
Featuring three bedrooms and two baths across 1,600 square feet of living space, the 1950s house is set cul-de-sac close to the 20-acre Sepulveda Basin Community Garden Center. The single-level home opens up to the fenced backyard with a pool and a wooden al fresco dining area.
In addition to the new (presumed) investment property, Hartley lives in a nearby modern farmhouse, while also renting out a Sherman Oaks townhouse.
The bungalow listing was held by Adrienne Tourtelot of Rodeo Realty-Brentwood. Hartley was repped by William Hardege of Edge Property Management.
