Sixth time is the charm for actor John O’Hurley when it comes to real estate. The Seinfeld star was finally able to offload his longtime Beverly Hills Post Office villa after numerous listings over the years.
According to the L.A. Times, O’Hurley sold the Mediterranean-style villa for $4.5 million—a decent profit from the $3.05 million he paid in 2004.
The 98-year-old, three-story home includes a two-bedroom guesthouse, with gorgeous grounds featuring a saltwater swimming pool and lush ficus trees.
Mike Deasy and Sara Clephane of Pasadena expert George Penner’s DeasyPennerPodley held the listing. Audrey Leoncio of Pacific Palisades Anthony Marguleas’ Amalfi Estates represented the buyer.
